2020 Updated Centre Regional Planning Commission (CRPC) Bylaws...

This agreement was updated in June 2020 to clarify and authorize the CRPC to conduct video and telephonic meetings due to declared disaster and public health emergencies at the federal, state, or COG level. This amendment allows the CRPC to meet in a non-traditional manner and is consistent with the goals, objectives, and policies of the 2013 Centre Region Comprehensive Plan. 2016 Updated Centre Regional Planning Commission (CRPC) Bylaws...

This agreement was updated in March 2016 to strengthen and clarify the process by which the CRPC makes recommendations. The bylaws also ensure the Commission conducts itself in a fair and reasonable manner, that due process is afforded to all parties, and that recommendations are supported by relavent and sufficient findings. Centre County - COG Agreement of Relationship...

In 1982, an agreement was made between Centre County and the Townships of College, Ferguson, Halfmoon, Harris, and Patton, and the Borough of State College to form an organization called the Centre Region Council of Governments (COG). This agreement jointly established procedures where both parties are notified of all subdivision applications, zoning ordinances, zoning amendments, soil logs, planned residential development plans, and other matters provided in the Municipal Planning Code (MPC). Centre Regional Planning Commission (CRPC) Articles of Agreement...

In 1960, the Townships of College and Patton and the Borough of State College joined together to form the Centre Regional Planning Commission, which included representatives from each of the aforementioned municipalities. In 1986, the Townships of College, Ferguson, Halfmoon, Harris, and Patton and the Borough of State College, Centre County, and the Commonweath of Pennsylvania amended the prior Articles of Agreement dated September 1, 1960. COG Articles of Agreement...

In 1969, the Townships of College, Ferguson, Halfmoon, Harris, Patton, and the Borough of State College joined together to form the Centre Region Council of Governments to confront the common problems in the Centre Region.
