Pine Grove Mills Small Area Plan

Community residents actively participated in the preparation of the Pine Grove Mills Small Area Plan to help plan for the future of the community. Pine Grove is a place filled with home-town pride, special events, neighborly people, and access to premier hiking and outdoors adventures in Rothrock State Park and surrounding area. Residents cherish the history and culture of Pine Grove Mills and the physical relationship Pine Grove has to adjacent mountains and farms.

During the planning process, residents wrote an aspirational vision statement and prepared seven emerging themes that align goals and actions and establish priorities for implementation the Small Area Plan. The seven themes are the foundation upon which residents hope to build specific implementation actions and outcomes that will keep Pine Grove Mills an engaging community and renew interest in the community as a place to work, live, and play.
