What is my responsibility as a tenant?
Welcome to the Centre Region!
The Centre Region Code Administration is responsible for enforcing a property maintenance code in the municipalities of College, Ferguson, Harris, Patton Townships and the Boroughs of State College and Bellefonte. The property maintenance code is referred to as Centre Region Building Safety and Property Maintenance Code (CRBS&PMC). You will find the CRBS&PMC in the Tenant/Landlord Required Documents and the Municipal Ordinance tabs below.
In the Tenant/Landlord Required Documents tab there are two documents that the tenants and landlords are required to complete and have available upon request by the code official or municipality.
As a tenant of a rental property in the Centre Region you are required to make yourself familiar with your municipalities ordinances. In the Municipal Ordinance section you will find information regarding municipal ordinances for weeds, dogs, snow removal, parking, etc.
