Ironman 70.3 Happy Valley is back this year - Come experience the rich history and endless adventure as you become IRONMAN 70.3 Pennsylvania Happy Valley class of 2024. With legacy and tradition engraved, where the “Nittany” mountain lions used to roam – this picturesque city takes athletes on an invigorating journey through lush green valleys and farmland before leading you to your game-winning moment. Whether exploring the wonders of nature, embarking on adventurous outdoor activities, or savoring the delectable local cuisine, each moment in Happy Valley holds the promise of an unforgettable journey.​

Athletes will take on their race journey from a 1.2-mile swim in Foster Joseph Sayers Reservoir at Bald Eagle State Park, a scenic 56-mile bike ride through the beautiful rolling hills of Centre and Clinton Counties, culminating with a 13.1-mile run on the campus of Penn State University including a unique finish line experience for athletes inside Beaver Stadium, home to the Penn State University Nittany Lions.
