Replace/Install HVAC/Boiler

 

Things to consider as part of an HVAC (mechanical equipment) Installation:

  • If you are doing a direct replacement of same equipment and not changing fuel type then you may use an electronic permit application. Please include the HVAC Replacement form with your permit application.
  • New installations will require plans and specifications to be prepared by a Pa. licensed design professional (architect or engineer)
  • Complete a Building Permit Application 
  • Deposit/partial permit fee

NOTE: Once project is complete be sure to schedule final electric and final building inspection
