Fence

Any fence, regardless of type, that is more than 6 feet high requires a building permit.

Before you submit an application to obtain a building permit you must verify in writing or on the back of the application, that zoning has reviewed the proposed project. Submit an elevation view of the fence section with post size and type of  materials. Fences over 8 feet high will require a design professional approval. Please review our Fence Guidlines HERE.
