Regional Operations Plan
In general, the purpose of a Regional Operations Plan (ROP) is to recommend and prioritize projects, programs, and strategies for managing traffic operations on Pennsylvania's transportation system. The Central Region Regional Traffic Management Center (RTMC) is housed within the PennDOT District 2-0 Office in Clearfield, PA and covers 32 counties within Engineering Districts 2-0, 3-0, 9-0 and 10. In May 2025, PennDOT completed a new ROP for the Central Region RTMC area. It is anticipated the next update will be in four to five years.
