Trying to reach WM's Customer Service?
Customers have been experiencing some issues using WM's automated phone system. If you have an online account with WM, login to that account. You can view your schedule and your invoices. Scroll to the bottom of the page and find options to "Request an Extra Pickup" or "Missed Pickup."
If you decide to call WM's customer service, you will need to navigate their virtual assistance system and then wait on hold to get a customer service representative. There can be long wait times.

- Tell LISA which type of request you need help with and she will guide you to a resolution
- Depending on your request, you can complete your transaction over the phone, receive a link via text message, or go to wm.com/support to resolve your needs
