  • Light Up the Night: On Wednesday, May 20th, 5/20/20, entities around the State College community (State College Area SD, Saint Joseph’s Catholic Academy, State College Little League, State College Teener League, Tussey Mountain Ski & Recreation, State College Spikes, Penn State Athletics, State College, Penn State, Patton, and Ferguson Township Police, Alpha, Port Matilda, and Boalsburg Fire Companies, Centre Life Link EMS, Forever Broadcasting, as well as Mount Nittany Medical Center) are joining together to honor the Class of 2020 and support the nurses, doctors, medical providers, and first responders on the front line of COVID-19 by lighting up our fields and facilities at 2020 hours (8:20 pm) for 20 minutes.   • There are now 63,666 cases in PA. There are 132 cases in Centre County. 1,529 people have tested negative for COVID-19.
