News from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania:
- Governor Wolf changed the capacity restrictions for restaurants. Beginning September 21st, restaurants can move to 50 percent capacity. - As of September 10th, there are 137,803 cases in PA. 1,639,349 people have tested negative for COVID-19.
- As of September 10th, there are 925 cases in Centre County. 18,921 people have tested negative for COVID-19.
