Centre Region Specific News:
- State College Borough: The Borough joined a group of college and university towns from across the country to make lawmakers aware of the impact COVID-19 is having on the 2020 Census. News from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania:
- The Governor extended the Stay At Home Order to May 8th. The Governor announced his approach to re-opening the state. You can read more about the red/yellow/green phasing here: https://www.governor.pa.gov/newsroom/gov-wolf-reopening-targeted-for-may-8-in-north-central-northwest/

- There are now 52,915 cases in PA. There are 116 cases in Centre County. 1,141 people have tested negative for COVID-19.
