November 19, 2020: COVID-19 Update from the Centre Region Emergency Management Program

Centre Region Specific News:
  • State College Borough: From Monday, November 9, to Sunday, November 15, there were 6 temporary emergency ordinance violations reported to the police department that resulted in the issuance or filing of 2 citations. Since enactment, there have been a total of 93 citations issued for violations.
  • Centre County: The Centre County Commissioners extended the testing site at the Nittany Mall until December 12th. Tests are available weekdays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the former Bon Ton site.

News from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania:
  • As of November 18th, there are 281,852 cases in PA. 2,608,986 people have tested negative for COVID-19.
  • As of November 18th, there are 5,329 cases in Centre County. 42,126 people have tested negative for COVID-19.
