Centre Region Specific News:
- CATA: Effective Monday, April 20: All riders are REQUIRED to wear a face covering over their nose and mouth when using CATA services

- The United Way will hold the #liveunitedlive, a Facebook live concert, on April 24th from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM on their facebook page. The event will raise money for the United Way. You can find more information here: https://www.facebook.com/centrecountyunitedway
News from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania:
- The Governor extended the Stay At Home Order to May 8th. The Governor said a regional approach will be used to reopen the state after that date. He further indicated that the targeted reopening will allow online auto sales, curbside pick up at state stores and limited construction operations to resume after May 8th. - There are now 33,232 cases in PA. 948 new cases were reported statewide, marking the lowest single day increase since March 31st. There are 73 cases in Centre County. The number of cases in the county has held steady for 4 days.

- The Governor just signed a new order on worker safety that has specific requirements for life sustaining businesses. Customers visiting life sustaining businesses are also now required to wear masks and can be denied entry for not wearing one. The order goes into effect on April 19th at 8:00 PM.
