Centre Region Specific News:
- College Township: Contractors will begin work on the bridge over Route 26 at Puddintown Road on April 27th.
- Med Express is now offering COVID-19 testing at its State College location. More information can be found here: https://www.medexpress.com/plan-your-visit/center-designations-descriptions.html#covid19uc
- The United Way will hold the #liveunitedlive, a Facebook live concert, on April 24th from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM on their facebook page. The event will raise money for the United Way. You can find more information here: https://www.facebook.com/centrecountyunitedway
News from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania:
- The Governor extended the Stay At Home Order to May 8th. The Governor announced his approach to re-opening the state last evening. You can read more about the red/yellow/green phasing here: https://www.governor.pa.gov/newsroom/gov-wolf-reopening-targeted-for-may-8-in-north-central-northwest/
- There are now 37,053 cases in PA. There are 76 cases in Centre County. 718 people have tested negative for COVID-19.
