April 21, 2020: COVID-19 Update from the Centre Region Emergency Management Program


Centre Region Specific News:
  • Centre County Recycling and Refuse Authority: Visitors to the Transfer Station are now required to wear masks.
  • State College Borough: The Borough has cancelled all special events through June 30th.
  • The United Way will hold the #liveunitedlive, a Facebook live concert, on April 24th from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM on their facebook page. The event will raise money for the United Way. You can find more information here: https://www.facebook.com/centrecountyunitedway

News from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania:
  • There are now 34,528 cases in PA. There are 77 cases in Centre County. Two deaths have been reported. 605 people have tested negative for COVID-19.
