Tenant Fit Out

The following information and documentation is required as part of a Tenant Fit-Out permit application:

Two sets of plans prepared by a Pa. licensed design professional (architect or engineer)
Plans shall include an existing plan and a proposed plan
Zoning permit
Sewer permit or Municipal Engineer’s approval where sewer (EDU) use increases

Health department approval if proposed use involves food service (e.g. restaurant)
Design Professional in Responsible Charge form
Centre Region Code Admin. Coversheet (checklist for architects use)
Special inspections may be required
