Please fill out the application below to obtain a demo permit. You must also have verification in writing from any applicable utility providers that the water service, electrical power, sewer service, and gas service has been disconnected. If the building has none of these then specify on the application that the building is not served by utilities.

As always, please first check to see whether your local municipality will also require a demolition permit.
