Human Resources Committee

 The Responsibilities of the Human Resources Committee Include:

• Studying, defining, and making recommendations for Centre Region COG personnel policies and procedures through the General Forum.
• Reviewing the Centre Region COG's Personnel Policy, Position Classification Plan, and Employee Evaluation Procedures to keep them current and operating effectively.
• Acting as the Centre Region COG Anti-Harassment Representatives.
  
  The Human Resource Committee typically meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 12:15 PM in the COG General Forum Room and via Zoom.
