2017 Act 537 Plan Special Study

 
In February 2016, the Centre Region Council of Governments (COG) authorized the completion of the Act 537 Sewage Facilities Plan Update for the Extension of Beneficial Reuse Water Lines to Harris Township. At the October 23, 2017 COG General Forum meeting, the six Centre Region municipalities convened individual special meetings and adopted the Special Study and accompanying Resolutions. The Special Study was approved by the PA Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) in November 2017.
