Surviving 72 Hours
The Centre Region Office of Emergency Management has developed plans to assist residents recover from disasters which impact the Region. However, as a resident of the Centre Region you must be prepared to survive on your own for a minimum of three days. This includes providing for your own basic needs such as shelter, food, water, first-aid and sanitation.
Are you prepared for emergencies? Do you have a plan in case of an extended power outage? A house fire? It is your responsibility to have a plan that supports your family’s needs until help arrives.
