Apartments, Condos and Townhomes
Trash and recycling are collected one of two ways for rental and multi-family properties--curbside or dumpster.
The property owner is responsible for setting up the collection services for both trash and recycling and for informing the tenant/resident of the types of collection services offered. For some properties, this is done through a Homeowners' Association.
Residents/tenants are responsible for using the services conscientiously.
