Property Owner / Manager

Property Owners / Managers are required by law to provide recycling at commercial properties, including rental properties. Municipal ordinances further require property owners/managers to notify tenants about recycling services at their building.

Note that buildings with  1 - 4 units are required to participate in the municipal residential refuse/recycling contract.
