Unified Planning Work Program

The UPWP lists the transportation planning activities to be completed by the Centre County Metropolitan Planning Organization (CCMPO) between two specified years.

Annual Listing of Obligated Projects

Executive Order 13166 requires each federal agency to examine the services it provides and to develop and implement a system by which Limited English Proficiency (LEP) persons can meaningfully access those services.  Each federal agency is required to work to ensure that recipients of federal financial assistance also provide meaningful access to their services.

Public Participation Plan

The PPP is an important MPO document that guides the policies, goals, objectives, and techniques utilized by the CCMPO to interact with the public in carrying out its projects and programs.
