2006 Act 537 Plan Update

The 2006 Act 537 Plan Update was adopted by the six Centre Region municipalities and approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) as the official Sewage Facilities Plan for the Centre Region. It supersedes all previous versions of the Centre Region Act 537 Sewage Facilities Plan.

The Centre Region COG approved Amendments/Special Studies for the 2006 Act 537 Plan Update in 2009, 2016, and 2017.
